Paralyzed from the waist down in a biking accident in 2018, Leanne Taylor decided while in hospital that she was going to be a para-triathlete. Leanne completed her first paratriathlon just 8 months after being injured.
The 32-year old finished third at the Paris Paralympic Games in the women’s PTWC wheelchair triathlon division behind Australia’s Lauren Park and Kendall Gretsch of the United States.
Now she’s sharing her message and inspiration.
