Absolutely Fabulous!

Collingwood Fashion Week, brought forth by the Collingwood Downtown BIA, kicked off with an opening night VIP party at Prime Seven Nine and wrapped up with a fabulous black tie event full of music, food and fashion at Black Bellows Brewing Company. Fashionistas enjoyed a whirlwind week of fashion shows, shopping events and champagne! A portion of all ticket sales and proceeds from the week was donated to the Collingwood General and Marine Hospital Foundation to assist in purchasing advanced mammography diagnostic equipment.

Gala of Care

Hospice Georgian Triangle Foundation hosted an evening of glamour at the Blue Mountain Ski Resort on Saturday, September 28. The Care Gala, their signature fundraiser which marked the 10th anniversary of Campbell House (the region’s first dedicated hospice palliative care facility), raised over $500,000 in support of hospice palliative care in the Southern Georgian Bay region—a record-breaking success! Highlights of the evening included the impact auction that raised $168,427 in gifts, then matched up to $100,000 by Jason and Beverly Price and their daughters. The event included a raffle, a silent auction, incredible sponsors and generous guests.
