Moving Still
Simply Georgian Bay was the theme of the night at Moving Still, an art exhibition and event raising funds for the Collingwood General and Marine Hospital, at the Side Launch Taproom on April 27. The sublime work of local photographers Jessica Crandlemire, Erin J. Coholan, Colin Field and Corynn Fowler adorned the room while aerial gymnasts performed and champagne flowed.

Yes Markdale
The Grey Bruce Design Shop, Robert Reid’s addition to the recently opened Grey Bruce Design Studio, celebrated its grand opening with a lively soirée on May 22. This new member of Markdale’s growing retail community and the region’s thriving design scene welcomed guests with champagne and canapés from two of the community’s beloved eateries, Susan’s Delicatessen and Marilynne Restaurant.

The Big Little Festival
The Blue Mountain Film Festival welcomed a slew of local and visiting luminaries for a four-day action-packed weekend, from May 30 to June 2, to celebrate some of the best in international filmmaking. Not just a lineup of spectacular films, the festival was a whirlwind of parties, events, conferences and more!
